In 2011, shortly after graduating from hotel management, I returned to the banks to train in general agriculture, with the goal of being able to resume my uncle’s breeding.

This simple decision is at the origin of the double life that I lead since. At 30 spring, with 8 years of experience in the catering sector of the Province of Liège, I decided to take over and create a new type of event catering.

From the start, my goal has to offer my expertise to my customers and to introduce them to the local agriculture, in which I am, moreover, personally very active.
